Right to know
Get confirmation that data about you is being processed and receive a full copy (CSV or JSON on request).
Right to correct
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data directly from your account settings or by contacting us.
Right to delete
Request deletion of your data. This right applies subject to legal retention obligations (accounting documents: 10 years).
Right to portability
Receive your data in a structured format (JSON / CSV) to transfer to another service.
Right to opt-out
Opt out at any time from the sale or sharing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent
Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time from your settings or via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
How to exercise your rights
- Send an email to hello@zerocall.io with the subject "Privacy rights request"
- State the right you wish to exercise and your account email
- We will respond within 45 days (extensible for complex requests)
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the California Attorney General or the relevant US state authority for privacy complaints.
